Do you charge for samples? What are the typical sample lead times?
Sample fees depend on whether the sample uses existing molds, requires custom tooling, or involves new structure development. For standard products, samples are usually low-cost or free with confirmed bulk order intent. For full ODM samples, fees and tooling costs are discussed case by case and may be credited back against the bulk order.
What materials can you work with?
We mainly manufacture metal display and storage products, and we can also combine metal with acrylic, wood, plastic, PVC, wire mesh, or other materials depending on the project.
